Remember - When you submit this form
we will process your credit card transaction, your registrations will not
be complete until you send in proof of ownership for these cats.
You will need to send in proof of ownership for every cat that you register
ie
1. Certificate of Registration or Transfer (Showing you as the owner)
2. A Four Generation Pedigree. (Must show registration numbers and colour descriptions
for the Sire and the Dam)
Photocopies will do.
