IF the SIRE and/or DAM are CATZ Inc registered, enter their CATZ Inc. number on the form.

IF the SIRE and/or DAM are NOT CATZ Inc. Registered, but are registered in New Zealand, then you must supply a COPY of the sire and dam's "Registration Certificate" OR "transfer" from the body with whom they are registered. A breeders COPY of their 4 generation pedigree is also required. (These may be scanned and EMAILED, or snail mailed).
